NEED TO RETURN YOUR ITEM?
No problem! Please return your unwanted item to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
We unfortunately cannot offer an exchange on the item you wish to return, but you can repurchase the item in an alternative size/colour if you wish.
Please take extra care when trying on your purchase, as any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with tags still attached.
You do not need to notify us of your return; however, we would recommend you to obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
We do not offer free or prepaid returns. You can return your item by taking it to any post office. We recommend you get proof of posting.
Please fill in the details on the Returns Form enclosed inside your parcel. If you have lost your Returns Form, you can pop a note in your parcel, with the following details:
Your Order Number
Full name and address
Description of the items you are returning including size and colour
Your reason for returning the items

We are very sorry you have received an item which is faulty, or the incorrect item in your delivery. We will help you in rectifying this as soon as possible.
Please email email@example.com with the image of the item showing the fault, a description of it and your order details. We will contact you within 24 hours with the link to create a free returns label.
